Manassas Park couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They ended up forfeiting their game against Clarke County 0-1 on Friday. If Manassas Park were hoping to take revenge for the 0-49 loss against Clarke County the last time the teams met, then they were left disappointed.
The defeat started Manassas Park out at 0-1 for the season. The win got Clarke County back to even at 1-1.
Manassas Park are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Central next week at 7:30 PM. Clarke County will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Handley at 7:30 PM.
