Woodland had to skate by with only a two-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 28-point drubbing they dealt Locust Grove on Friday. The Woodland Wolfpack took their match with ease, bagging a 50-22 victory over the Locust Grove Wildcats. The Wolfpack have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 20 points or more this season.

Woodland's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but London Loyal led the charge by dropping a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds. What's more, Loyal also racked up three steals, the most she's had since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Jada Little, who posted 14 points in addition to five assists and four steals.

The win was the third in a row for Woodland, bringing their record for this year to 16-6. As for Locust Grove, they dropped their record down to 0-19 with the defeat, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season.
