Tamalpais extended their losing streak to three on Monday, dropping their season record down to 12-7 in the process. They fell 7-3 to the San Marin Mustangs. On San Marin's side, Taylor Testa spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three runs (all of which were unearned) on five hits. Testa has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Arianna Mendoza was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Savannah Reynolds, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run.
