Aurora came tearing into  Tuesday's  match with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Lake Blue Streaks 3-0.
 Gigi Goedert paced Aurora's offense, picking up nine kills. Goedert got some help from  Kaylie Liepins and her 24 assists. Liepins was also solid from the service line:  she led the team with five aces.
 Loss or not, Lake got some senior leadership from  Luci Haddad and  Olivia Nehlen.  Haddad  had seven  digs and two  aces, while  Nehlen  had seven  digs and three  aces. Haddad is  on a roll when it comes to  aces, as she's  now  served two or more in each of the last three games she's  played.
Aurora's win bumped their record up to 19-5. As for Lake, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-10.
 Aurora wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  matchup,  a  3-1  victory against Padua Franciscan on the 23rd. Lake does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
