Fort Fairfield barely beat Wisdom the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Tigers put the hurt on the Pioneers with a sharp 15-4 victory on Wednesday. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by six runs or more this season.

Graedon King made a splash while hitting and pitching. He tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run.

In other batting news, Lucas Cormier was a standout: he got on base in three of his four plate appearances with four stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. Those four stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Charlie Griffeth was another key player, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.

Fort Fairfield's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Wisdom, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
