The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Trinity Christian Homeschool had established a 21-point advantage.
It was another big night for Levi Syx, who shot 44% from the field to rack up 17 points and six boards. Ryan Hurston also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season.
Trinity Christian Homeschool smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds in four consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Master's Hand Christian got the win against Eastwood Christian on Friday by a conclusive 71-47.
Trinity Christian Homeschool better keep an eye on Braedon Canuteson. He was instrumental in Master's Hand Christian's win, dropping a double-double with 23 points and 16 rebounds. Canuteson has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last six times he's played. Another player making a difference was Jackson Nelson, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 16 boards.
Trinity Christian Homeschool's record now sits at 5-2. As for Master's Hand Christian, their record is now 8-2.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Trinity Christian Homeschool has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 29.1 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Master's Hand Christian struggles in that department as they've been averaging 35.9 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
