Everything went Lexington's way against Trenton on Friday as they made off with a 44-21 win. That result is just more of the same for Lexington, who also won the last time these teams played.
Lexington's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 28 points in the first half. Trenton came up with 14 to make it 28-14 heading into the break. The offense for Lexington continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 16 points. The game pushed Trenton down to 0-1 and pulled Lexington up to the reverse 1-0.
Next week, Lexington take on Wellington-Napoleon at 7:00 PM. As for Trenton, they will face off against Gallatin.
