Gordon won the last time they faced Bluff Dale and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Longhorns blew past the Bobcats 16-8. Considering the Longhorns have won seven games by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Gordon and bumps their season record up to 9-3. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Bluff Dale, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.

Gordon will square off against Blum at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in the Longhorns' favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while the Bobcats have been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road. As for Bluff Dale, they will take on Non Varsity Opponent at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
