Wyatt Costlow put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Tuesday. He struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits (and not a single walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.

Costlow's strong effort led Rome over Lithia Springs and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:55 p.m. on Thursday.
