Amundsen lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Giana Solomon, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds. Those 11 points set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Hannah Lopez, who scored 12 points along with three steals.
Amundsen's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Latin, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-5 record this season.
