Caden Mcgatha was his usual excellent self, rushing for 328 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 8.6 yards per carry. Mcgatha was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 65 yards.
Rockmart's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 46.7 points per game. As for Pierce County, their victory bumped their record up to 13-1.
