The Callaway Chargers waltzed into Tuesday's matchup with three straight wins but they left with four. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Raymond 68-31 at home. Callaway might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won three games by 22 points or more this season.
Callaway was led to victory by Satiya Johnson and Jahanna Wilson. Johnson scored 12 points along with 8 rebounds, while Wilson scored 14 points along with 5 assists and 5 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Shelbie Walker, who scored 10 points along with 7 rebounds.
Callaway's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Raymond, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
Callaway will head out on the road to face off against Provine at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Raymond, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Clinton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Clinton presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Raymond in Mississippi (Clinton is ranked 33rd, while Raymond is ranked 169th).
