The Luling Eagles lost against the Randolph Ro-Hawks back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Luling received a tough blow as they fell 36-18 to Randolph. Luling has not had much luck with Randolph recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
When it comes to explaining why Luling lost, one person who can't be blamed is Skylar Dredla. Despite the final result, she scored six points along with 13 rebounds and three steals. Dredla is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last three games she's played.
Luling has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-16 record this season. As for Randolph, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-13.
Luling will be playing at home against Marion at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Randolph, they will head out on the road to square off against Cole at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Cole will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
