After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Valley Park, Affton was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They blew past the Hancock Tigers 12-2. The high-scoring effort was just what the Cougars needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

The win snapped Affton's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-3 record. As for Hancock, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Affton will square off against Bishop DuBourg at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hancock, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Hancock Tigers take on Mehlville Panthers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
