Lee County strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They enjoyed a cozy 28-13 victory over the Hapeville Charter Hornets. Given the Trojans' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 12th, while the Hornets are ranked 138th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lee County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jordan Bush, who rushed for 22 yards and one touchdown, and also threw for 58 yards and one TD on only five passes. Dominique Ball also helped with two scores in total.

Lee County didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Jace Murray and Greg Batson.

Lee County's record is now 3-0. As for Hapeville Charter, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Lee County and Hapeville Charter will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Trojans see the field they'll take on Colquitt County at 7:30 p.m. on the 12th. As for Hapeville Charter, their break will end when they face Heritage at 7:30 p.m. on the 12th.
