The matchup was Mosher's ninth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Korey Miller, who scored six points.
Waverly pushed their record up to 5-1 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 31.33 points. As for Athens, their loss ended a ten-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-3.
