After a string of seven wins, Huron's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (11-2), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.

Huron's defeat dropped their record down to 14-7. As for Perkins, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 7-11 record.

Looking ahead, Perkins will head out to square off against Norwalk at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Huron will be paying especially close attention to the Pirates' contest: after the Pirates face off against Columbian, they'll take on Huron again at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday.
