The biggest upset of the week belonged to Moore, who took down 103rd ranked Eisenhower, 38-30.
The Lions moved up to 111 from 144 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 6A District 3. Moore climbed the ranks as a result of a 38-30 win over the Eagles.
Eisenhower's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Bentley Bross threw for 157 and two touchdowns and Shannon Coleman had 142 yards receiving. On the ground Jarvis Jackson chipped in 77 yards. Jackson helped Eisenhower's passing attack out by catching two balls for 56 yards.
Chris Pogi provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Boone Copeland's team fell to the Lions. He completed eight passes for 133 yards and one touchdown and also ran for 21 yards.
Norman North's Peyton Gavras and Jake Higginbotham have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Gavras has thrown for 1070 yards this season, while Higginbotham, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 16 catches for 338 yards. Ezel McIntee from Edmond North leads the league in rushing with 433 yards.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between the Huskies and the Timberwolves. Edmond North comes into the matchup ranked 10th in the state, while Norman North ranks 21st.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Jeremy Dombek's team takes on Chuck Peot's team. The Huskies have allowed 81 points this season, while the Timberwolves have given up 119. Edmond North allowed 33 points last week as it bested Yukon.
There should be lots of points scored when the Huskies and Norman North face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, Edmond North comes in having scored 244 this season, while the Timberwolves have scored 187. The Huskies scored 41 points last week as they beat the Millers.
Norman North took down Grant 56-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
