Northern Lehigh won the last time they faced Wilson Area and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bulldogs really took it to the Warriors for the full four quarters, racking up a 42-8 win. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Bulldogs' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania football rankings (they are ranked 123rd, while the Warriors are ranked 430th).

Northern Lehigh now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Wilson Area, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northern Lehigh will host Catasauqua at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs are facing the Rough Riders at the right time seeing as the Rough Riders are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Wilson Area, they will welcome Pottsville at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Warriors will be up against the Crimson Tide's rather soft defense (which has allowed 26.71 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
