Elberta got themselves on the board against Mortimer Jordan on Tuesday, but Mortimer Jordan never followed suit. They blew past the Blue Devils 7-0. Considering the Warriors have won eight games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Elberta has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. Mortimer Jordan's loss dropped their record down to 11-13.

Coming up, Elberta will take on Rain at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Rain has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 16.25 runs per game on average), something Elberta will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Mortimer Jordan, their road trip will continue as they head out to face Ramsay at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
