The Moon Area Tigers's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Pine-Richland Rams at 7:30 p.m. on December 15th. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Even though North Allegheny scored an imposing 62 points on Tuesday, Moon Area still came out on top. Moon Area enjoyed a cozy 76-62 victory over North Allegheny. Moon Area's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Meanwhile, Pine-Richland earned a 59-49 win over Fox Chapel on Tuesday. That looming 59-49 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Pine-Richland yet this season.
The victory got Moon Area back to even at 2-2. As for Pine-Richland, the win also got them back to even at 2-2.
Moon Area was able to grind out a solid victory over Pine-Richland in their previous matchup back in December of 2022, winning 51-39. The rematch might be a little tougher for Moon Area since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
