After two games on the road, St. Paul's Prep is heading back home. They will take on the Heritage Christian Academy Lions at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. Given that  the pair suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this  match.
 After soaring to 65  points the game before, St. Paul's Prep were a bit more limited  in their  game  on Friday. They took a serious blow against Victory Christian Academy, falling  96-22. St. Paul's Prep has struggled against Victory Christian Academy recently, as their  matchup on Friday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
 Loss or not, St. Paul's Prep got some senior leadership from  Jeremy Perkins and  Landon Applon.  Perkins  scored nine points along with two  steals, while  Applon.  scored ten points along with six  rebounds. Perkins is on a roll when it comes to  steals, as he's  now  grabbed two or more in the last five games he's  played.  Cooper Maumus was another key contributor,  scoring  no points along with eight  rebounds and two  steals.
 Meanwhile,  this season hasn't been kind to Heritage Christian Academy, who are still winless after their fifth matchup. They lost to Providence Academy on the road  by a decisive  49-30 margin on Saturday.
 St. Paul's Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Heritage Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
 St. Paul's Prep came out on top in a nail-biter against Heritage Christian Academy  in their previous matchup  back in January of 2023, sneaking past  55-53. Will St. Paul's Prep repeat their success,  or does  Heritage Christian Academy have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
