Roane County extended their winning streak to seven games thanks to a huge performance from Aaron Layne. The Roane County Yellowjackets strolled past the Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences Patriots with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 66-48 with plenty of help from Layne, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and 17 rebounds. His morning made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points.
The team also got some help courtesy of Malachi Brown, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and ten boards. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last seven games he's played.
