On Thursday, Somerset Academy Losee earned a 61-50 win over Canyon Springs. The win made it back-to-back wins for Somerset Academy Losee.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Somerset Academy Losee to victory, but perhaps none more so than Zaryah Snell, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Akaylah Thrower, who scored 16 points along with 9 rebounds.
Somerset Academy Losee's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Canyon Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.
Somerset Academy Losee has the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Southeast Career Tech at 6:30 p.m. on December 1st. Hopefully Southeast Career Tech focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 on Tuesday. As for Canyon Springs, they will head out on the road to face off against Del Sol at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
