Whitko had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against the Prairie Heights Panthers by a score of 30-22 on Friday. Surprisingly, this marked the Wildcats' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.
Cooper Laukhuf had an outrageously good game as he threw for 151 yards and three TDs, and also rushed for 57 yards. Mason Hersha helped out on the ground, rushing for 88 yards and a rushing touchdown.
