Aleena Olivo held things down on the boards with four rebounds. She took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with an assist.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 72-21, which was the final score in King's tilt against Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial two weeks ago. King has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Corpus Christi Moody now has a losing record at 10-11. As for King, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-14.
Corpus Christi Moody beat King 53-41 in their previous meeting on January 2nd. The rematch might be a little tougher for Corpus Christi Moody since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
