Volleyball Recap: Negaunee Wins Going Away Against Westwood

Negaunee waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Westwood Patriots. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Miners this season.

Negaunee's record is now 4-1-1. As for Westwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Negaunee and Iron Mountain will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westwood, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Jeffers at 6:30 p.m. on September 6.
