Currie has been hot recently, having posted 21 or more points the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Jacob Miller, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten rebounds.
Despite the defeat, Weatherly had strong showings from Austyn Lamonica, who scored 20 points along with six rebounds and two steals, and Corbin Wagner, who scored 15 points along with five rebounds and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Lamonica has scored all season.
Marian Catholic is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 12-8 record this season. As for Weatherly, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.
