West Broward is a perfect 7-0 against Everglades since February of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 5:15 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
West Broward's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed last Thursday. They blew past Cypress Bay 7-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bobcats.

The result came thanks to Cheyanne Chaffin's shutout, as she gave up just a hit and racked up ten Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Natalia Solorzano, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Victoria Carmona, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Everglades). They were the clear victors by a 29-8 margin over Miramar last Thursday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.
Everglades got a massive performance out of Prenia Bautista, who scored six runs and stole five bases while going 4-for-6. Those four hits gave Bautista a new career-high. Vi Quain was another key player, scoring five runs and stealing four bases while going 4-for-6.
Everglades kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 21 hits. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Everglades is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 21.0 runs over those games. West Broward's win bumped their record up to 7-3.
Everglades' pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: West Broward hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .335. It's a different story for Everglades, though, as they've only averaged .259. Will they be able to contain West Broward's hitters?
