The Stryker Panthers''s seven-game losing streak came to an end on Saturday. They walked away with a 56-46 victory over Waldron. The win was just what Stryker needed coming off of a 40-14 defeat in their prior contest.
Sam Williams and Seth Williams, Waldron certainly did their beston Saturday to try and avoid the loss. Williams rushed for 197 yards and a touchdown, while Williams rushed for 33 yards and three touchdowns.
Stryker's victory bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Waldron, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 2-7.
Stryker will face off against McKinley at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Ohio (McKinley is ranked seventh, while Stryker is ranked sixth). Waldron does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
