It was a Battle of the Birds when Field challenged Ravenna on Wednesday. The Falcons walked away with a 9-6 victory over the Ravens. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 23-0 back in April.

Field has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.6 runs over those games. As for Ravenna, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-13.

Coming up, Field will welcome Southeast at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ravenna, they will head out on the road to face off against Ellet at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
