Meyer came tearing into Friday's contest with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 30 points) and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Rio Vista Eagles with a sharp 75-49 victory. The Ravens have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Rio Vista's loss came despite strong showings from Dawson Macklin and Tate Conley. Macklin posted 14 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals, while Conley went 5 for 8 on his way to 14 points and seven boards. The dominant performance gave Conley a new career-high in points. Ashton Huey was another key player, putting up six points.

Meyer's win was their 11th straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 26-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.0 points per game. As for Rio Vista, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-13.

Coincidentally, Meyer and Rio Vista will both be playing Valley Mills the next time they take the court. Meyer will head out to face Valley Mills at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Rio Vista will head out to face them at 8:00 p.m. on January 31st.
