The Heights Falcons put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 67-37 victory over Eisenhower at home. Heights has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 30 points or more this season.
Heights was led to victory by Chase Robinson and T.J. Williams. Robinson scored 15 points along with six rebounds and five assists, while Williams scored 22 points along with five rebounds and two steals. Robinson hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. Another player making a difference was K'mari Holt, who scored five points along with four steals.
Heights' victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-0. As for Eisenhower, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Heights will take on Northwest at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Northwest will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Kansas Rankings (they are ranked 51st, while Heights is ranked eighth). As for Eisenhower, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Salina Central at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
