Dominic Holden put in work no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 13 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits. He has become a key player for Troy: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least eight strikeouts, but 3-4 otherwise.
