The Dracut Middies''s recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fourth straight loss. They took a 30-14 bruising from Northeast Metro RVT.
Northeast Metro RVT's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Devin Nieves led the charge by rushing for 125 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries. Chris Zullo and his 86 yards on the ground were also a key factor in Northeast Metro RVT's victory.
Dracut's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Northeast Metro RVT, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 4-5 record this season.
