Volleyball Recap: Lower Merion's Winning Streak Snapped at Four Games

After flying high against Central on Tuesday, Lower Merion came back down to earth. The Aces fell 3-1 to the Marple Newtown Fightin' Tigers on Wednesday. The Aces were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Fightin' Tigers earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

While Lower Merion ultimately came up short, they really made Marple Newtown work, particularly in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 26-24, 13-25, 25-22.

When it comes to explaining why Lower Merion lost, don't look at Keira Li. Despite the final result, she had 18 digs and three assists.
