The Lancaster Legends will take on the Frontier Falcons at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Lancaster is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 19-4 margin over Jamestown on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Legends, who have now won three games by six runs or more so far this season.

Ben Swenson looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (four).
On the hitting side, Michael Falls was a standout: he got on base in four of his six plate appearances with three runs, three RBI, and two doubles. That's the most runs he has posted since back in May of 2024. Another player making a difference was Jayson Watkins, who went 2-for-4 with five RBI, one stolen base, and one run.
Lancaster always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .617. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Frontier strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against St. Francis by a score of 9-6.
Chase Porter was a major factor no matter where he played. He pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Porter was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Connor Cox was incredible, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs and one triple. Robby Kibler was another key player, earning one RBI, one run, and one stolen base.
Lancaster now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Frontier, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.
Lancaster couldn't quite finish off Frontier in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 and fell 11-9. Can the Legends avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
