The United Golden Eagles had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 38.3 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat East Palestine 40-0 at home. The result was nothing new for United, who have now won nine matchups by 21 points or more so far this season.
United's victory was their tenth straight at home (dating back to last season), bumping their overall record up to 9-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 42.1 points per game. As for East Palestine, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8.
United will play host again and welcome Brookfield, where Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Friday. East Palestine does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
