Valhalla came into Tuesday's matchup having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. Everything went their way against the Monte Vista Monarchs on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The contest marked the Norsemen's most dominant victory of the season.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-20, 25-8.

Avery Davish paced Valhalla's offense, picking up eight kills. Davish got some help from Taryn Cleary and her 26 assists. Cleary was also solid from the service line: she led the team with eight aces.

Valhalla's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Monte Vista, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Coming up, Valhalla will be playing at home against High Tech SD at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Monte Vista, they will welcome El Capitan at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
