The Pueblo West Cyclones are on the road again  on Saturday to play the Basalt Longhorns at 8:00  a.m. Both come into the  match bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Last Tuesday, Pueblo West made easy work of Liberty  and carried off  a  3-0 win.
 The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-20,  25-7.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Pueblo West to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Bricelyn Baudino, who  had four  digs and three  aces. That's the most  aces  Baudino has posted since back in October.
 Pueblo West  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 15  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least five  aces in seven consecutive  games.
 Meanwhile, Basalt had to endure  a  five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They won by a  set and slipped past Grand Valley  3-2.
 Basalt took Grand Valley into a fifth set  where they got it done with a two-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-23, 23-25, 16-25,  15-13.
 Pueblo West's victory was  their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 17-2. As for Basalt, their win  ended  a  five-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 4-12.
