It was a good run, but Davison unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fenton Tigers. If the Cardinals were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Tigers when the teams met back in October of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Davison's loss dropped their record down to 29-7. As for Fenton, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-10 record this season.

Davison is taking a road trip to face off against Mt. Pleasant at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Fenton, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against St. Catherine of Siena Academy on the 18th.
