The Highland Huskies scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. Everything went their way against Nezperce as Highland made off with a 81-60 victory. Highland has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 20 points or more this season.
Highland's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Noah Watson led the charge by dropping a double-double on 32 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Watson has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Gage Crow, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 13 assists.
The victory makes it two in a row for Highland and bumps their season record up to 11-5. As for Nezperce, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-7.
Highland will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Timberline at 7:30 p.m. Timberline is no doubt hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses. As for Nezperce, they will head out on the road to challenge Deary at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
