Brevard Christian is 4-0 against Pineapple Cove Classical Academy since January of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Brevard Christian War Eagles will head out to challenge the Pineapple Cove Classical Academy Patriots at 7:00 p.m.

Brevard Christian is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Palm Bay on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Brevard Christian came up short against Palm Bay, falling 67-45. The War Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Brendan Whitney, who made all 6 shots he took to post 12 points and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Gabriel Mitchell, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 rebounds.

Meanwhile, Pineapple Cove Classical Academy didn't have too much trouble with Synergy Magnet K12 on Thursday as they won 41-27. That looming 41-27 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Patriots yet this season.

Brevard Christian better keep an eye on Julian Garcia. He was instrumental in Pineapple Cove Classical Academy's win, going 6 of 15 on his way to 16 points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals. The dominant performance gave Garcia a new career-high in steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Michael Barna, who posted five points and 12 rebounds.

Pineapple Cove Classical Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Brevard Christian, they now have a losing record at 6-7.

Brevard Christian was able to grind out a solid victory over Pineapple Cove Classical Academy in their previous matchup back in January, winning 66-56.
