The Northview Titans won the last time they faced the Kell Longhorns, and things went their way on Friday too. Northview came out on top against the Longhorns by a score of 44-33. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Northview.
Northview's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kelly Reynolds led the charge by scoring 12 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. Another player making a difference was Milan Johnson, who scored 11 points along with six steals and five rebounds.
Northview is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season. As for Kell, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-13.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Greater Atlanta Christian the next time they take the court. Northview will host the Spartans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Longhorns will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
