Pueblo East had no answer to Xavier Davis on Tuesday as he scored 22 points along with five rebounds and three steals in the win. As if that's not impressive enough, the match was his fourth in a row with two or more blocks. For the season, Davis has averaged 16.9 points, 1.4 blocks, and 1.9 steals per match.
Davis and Pueblo Central will head out on the road to square off against Pueblo Centennial at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Davis hasn't had any trouble running up the score (he's averaged 16.9 per game this season), but it's looking like he'll have his work cut out for him against Pueblo Centennial's dominant defense.
