Softball Recap: Logansport Extends Home Winning Streak to Five

Logansport won the last time they faced Hornbeck and things went their way on Thursday too. The Logansport Tigers were the clear victor by a 16-1 margin over the Hornbeck Hornets. Considering the Tigers have won 11 contests by more than nine runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Brooklyn Horton was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while going 4-for-4. That's the most stolen bases she has posted over her last 14 matchups.

Logansport pushed their record up to 13-6 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 12 runs. As for Hornbeck, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Logansport will be playing in front of their home fans against Choudrant at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hornbeck, they are taking a road trip to challenge East Beauregard at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
