Jac-Cen-Del put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Shawe Memorial Hilltoppers as they made off with a 16-6 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Blake Wagner made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. What's more, he posted two strikeouts, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. He was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.

In other batting news, Keagan Williamson was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Sam Johnson, who scored two runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Jac-Cen-Del hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Shawe Memorial struck out eight times.

Jac-Cen-Del's record now sits at 3-0. As for Shawe Memorial, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jac-Cen-Del will welcome Morristown at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles are facing the Yellow Jackets at the right time seeing as the Yellow Jackets are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Shawe Memorial, they will face off against Oldenburg Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
