Parowan scored the most points they've had this season on Wednesday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 35-27 to the Bryce Valley Mustangs. The Rams haven't had much luck with the Mustangs recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Bryce Valley got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Angelina Russo out in front who posted five points and 11 boards. Those 11 rebounds gave Russo a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Miranda Beesley, who put up four points and five boards.

Parowan's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.

Parowan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 55-11 loss against Milford on the 5th. As for Bryce Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 59-17 victory against Green River on the 5th.
