Homewood-Flossmoor had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat the St. Francis de Sales Pioneers 77-35. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Pioneers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Coincidentally, Homewood-Flossmoor and St. Francis de Sales will both be playing Marian Catholic the next time they take the court. The Pioneers will head out to face the Spartans at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Vikings will head out to face them at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
