Peyton Laney paced Bandys' offense, picking up seven kills. Laney got some help from Reagan Saunders and her four assists. Camdyn Earnhardt controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Among those leading the charge was Ryan Hines, who had 12 assists and five digs. That's the most assists she has posted since back in October of 2024. Courtlynn Bridgers also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.
Bandys' defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Hickory, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-1.
Coming up, Bandys will square off against East Lincoln at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hickory, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against North Iredell on the 10th.
